Can a Red Notice be removed with a guarantee?
No. The decision is made by the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files on the facts of the case. No honest lawyer can guarantee the outcome.
Do you have access to INTERPOL databases?
No, and no private lawyer does. Information can only be obtained through lawful procedures, primarily a request for access to the CCF.
